Attorneys oversee all our closings and all title reports are reviewed by attorneys who concentrate on real estate law. Our attorneys will provide legal advice to your borrowers regarding Purchase & Sales Agreements and preclosing documents as well as assisting in the resolution of minor Buyer / Seller conflicts at no additional closing cost.

 We issue title insurance policies in-house in order that there will not be a delay in providing lenders with title policies. 
Standard Title employs seasoned title examiners who are committed to completing exams in the shortest time possible from receipt of your title request. The occasional rush can be done within 24 hours of receipt of a title request.
